The Kightlinger & Gray Employment Practice Area has experience defending and prosecuting employment litigation, individual and class action lawsuits from private parties, and governmental agencies in employment-related matters. Our experience speaks for itself—in the last ten years, we have prepared and successfully defended hundreds of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state agency charges; represented dozens of clients in state and federal employment lawsuits successfully obtaining dismissals through settlements, dispositive motions and trials.

Since 1946, when Erle A. Kightlinger and Mark W.
