Natalie C. Rougeux is the lead attorney at Rougeux & Associates, where our attorneys defend business owners in a wide variety of employment litigation, partner with clients to develop strategic responses to their employment law needs, and provide management with the tools needed to achieve sustained economic growth.

Specifically, our attorneys defend employers in all aspects of Labor and Employment law litigation, to include claims arising under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, NLRA, RLA, USERRA, state non-competition law, employee and executive compensation agreements, and contract and tort law.

Our attorneys also represent employers in a wide range of federal and state court litigation, during all aspects of private arbitration, and before governmental agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. We also represent public employers and entities such as school districts and public utilities.

Finally, our attorneys provide comprehensive Human Resources management training to executive, management, and Human Resources professionals and assist business owners to develop the policies, procedures, and compensation structures needed to avoid risk and promote economic growth.
