As a skilled attorney, Dan represents management in all facets of labor and employment law.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri. he provides day-to-day counsel on collective bargaining agreements, including discipline, application of work rules, and matters arising under the NLRA. He assists employers with union avoidance, elections, strikes, arbitrations, and proceedings before the NLRB. Dan also serves as the spokesperson for management in labor negotiations.

Dan represents clients throughout the United States in employment discrimination claims and works on behalf of management to investigate and respond to claims brought before administrative agencies. He also counsels clients on personnel policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, and similar matters.

Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Dan spent four years with The Boeing Company in the Phantom Works Contracts and Pricing Department.
