Holly is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Connecticut and New York offices. She has extensive experience in complex litigation matters. Holly’s practice focuses on all facets of employment law, and the areas of professional liability and general liability. Holly represents clients in both federal and state courts in Connecticut and New York, as well as before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. She also has arbitrated and mediated numerous claims before the American Arbitration Association and other dispute resolution entities. Holly has authored and published articles on a variety of legal topics, and has spoken on topics of interest before client groups and legal peers.

Prior to joining Melick & Porter, Holly developed a successful litigation practice while working at law firms in Connecticut and New York. She also served as General Counsel to two corporate entities.
