Brazil: Chamber Of Deputies’ Full Bench Approves The Law On The Integration Of Disabled Persons

The legislative bill 7699/06 that institutes the Brazilian Law on Integration of the Disabled Person was approved by the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies during a session held on March, 5th. The bill formerly known as the Statute of Persons with Disabilities prescribes benefits and guarantees for disabled people and will be submitted for approval and analysis by the Federal Senate.

Ontario’s government released its Action Plan, “It’s Never Okay: An Action Plan to Stop Sexual Violence and Harassment” this month. The Action Plan outlines the government’s proposals to raise public awareness and strengthen laws combatting sexual violence and harassment.

Supreme Court Of Canada Finds Constructive Dismissal Where Administrative Suspension Is Not Justified And Reasonable
